I have a proven track record in building, coaching, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams that drive meaningful business value. My proudest moments have been seeing members of my teams grow to become Directors, Vice Presidents, and General Managers.
I am a husband, a father of two amazing children, lover of outdoor adventure, and lifelong learner trying to get a little bit better every day.
Leadership Principles
I've learned some amazing lessons in my journey including what to do, and what not to do. While I am still learning everyday to be a better leader, manager, and human there are key principles that guide me forward.
Always start with people
It's all about people - listen, act with empathy, and create authentic connections to your team. In the right environment everyone is capable of greatness - the leader's job is to create the environment for greatness to emerge.
Empower the team
Innovation comes when diverse groups analyze data, listen to customers, collaborate together, and motivate each other to be great. Get the people, the culture and the team dynamic right. Then give them autonomy, and they will do remarkable things.
Lead with gratitude
Regularly take time to recognize people and teams for big and small wins. Be authentic and specific about the value they are creating. Be sure to make your gratitude visible - include their teammates and leaders in your 'thank you'.

On my career journey I have been fortunate to work with many amazing people and teams. They've taught me there are four big passions that drive and motivate me to be at my best - Developing Leaders, Solving Meaningful Problems, Creating Wow Moments, and Celebrating!
