Problem:  Sales & Underwriting constrained by legacy tech unable to scale growth through automation or expand in to new channels.

Solution: Multi-phased digital transformation of the Loan Origination solution built on top of a powerful sales and CRM platform. 

Outcome: Successful multi-phase launch that has driven $2B+ in loan originations, double digit improvement in efficiency, and enabled a wave of future automation to further scale business growth.  

Strategic Channel Expansion

Problem:  Direct marketing channels successful but costly, needed to expand at lower customer acquisition cost than traditional approach. 

Solution:  Expand into strategic marketing channels using new technical integrations and digital customer experiences.

Outcome: 20% growth in monthly lending volume at significantly lower customer acquisition cost.

Product Team Build Out

Building a Product Team

Problem:  'Custom build' approach causing product to fall behind market.  Needed new approach, but lacked experienced talent. 

Solution: Dynamic strategy to rapidly build product management team from the ground up, infusing seasoned product professionals with high potential in-house talent. 

Outcome: Expanded team from four product managers to high performing team of 30 comprising Directors, Product Managers, and Product Owners running a market driven product model that yielded strong business results. 

Market Driven Product Operating Model

Problem:  'Custom build' approach causing product to fall behind market needs; technology becoming increasingly costly to manage. 

Solution: Transform product management to a 'market driven' approach with clear strategy, product discovery techniques, human centered design, agile methodologies and multi-faceted voice of the customer programs.   

Outcome: Annual growth of ~30% and doubling of annual revenue within 3 years.
